I just bought my dream dress at Formalities today! I booked a VIB appointment and got treated like a celebrity. Paige was such a pleasure to work with and really made me feel special. She let me begin by picking what I liked, then really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress to really narrow down what I was looking for. She pulled two dresses that were so difficult to choose between because they were that stunning! Jordyn was so helpful and relatable! Jordyn asked the likes and dislikes in dresses that felt 50% of the way to the one to help narrow it down. Jordyn continuously checked in with where we were at in between dresses and if we were leaning between ones and helping us narrow down considering the pros and cons list! She was the sweetest and even helped reassuring what jewelry options were downstairs to match the patterns on the gown to consider the final look of shoe colors, jewelry colors, and considering hair styles to help you make your most confident decision! So thankful to have spent our few hours with her! Not the dress in picture, but just showing her genuine care to making her feel like how it could fit just right and be comfortable!
